I have a thawing plate, takes up as much space as a chopping board and is a game changer, it really does make a difference.

What other purposes has it though? If you can use it as a chopping board or in any other way - fair enough
but if the only thing it “does” is thawing food because you forgot to take it out earlier - it’s a waste of space regardless of the size of your kitchen.

It’s not even that we’re lazier - we’re also more gullible nowadays and critical thinking isn’t “welcome” in the consumer-driven world 🙄 Luckily I’m either not gullible enough or my kitchen isn’t big enough for this nonsense 😂

It's probably a lot more time consuming to search for your strange kitchen tool that you only use to deleaf kale than to just do it by hand. All this stuff just takes up space and it's a lot more plastic than needed in our landfills because that's where it's going to end up.
