Ma Kalika temple, now worshipped as Durga or Chandi is on the hill. This temple was a Jain temple dedicated to 7th Tirthankar Suparsanath & his Yakshini kalika devi. Hindus encroached & later tried to destroy all the Jain figures carved on the side walls of the steps.
