Why a joint retreat? It is important to have flagship initiatives that the whole region can carry. WCARO's initiative is @AWLNetwork to awaken women's movements. ESARO has the lead on mobilizing traditional leaders on #FGM or child marriage. This is the "All Africa Strategy"
