Incredible that due to overcrowded jails a driver of 23 who had no licence, no insurance and led police on a high speed chase in his Ford Transit ( it had false plates) while on cocaine and benzoylecgonine was given a 14-month suspended sentence by the judge at Maidstone. Mad.
