How is this even possible? The longest I could go without my body forcing me to breathe was 30 seconds

As a cultural moderate I’d consider voting Republican. Then I remember their actual goal is to deny me healthcare and erode the social safety net, and I go back to the Democrats. Yeah, critical everything theory sucks, but its better than being unable to afford my anticonvulsants

It offends me that Chris Matthews resigned over some dumbass comments, resulting in Joy Reid’s daily show. Yeah, him talking over ppl was annoying, but I appreciated his love of politics, as opposed to Joy’s hour of grievance. Now I watch Shep Smith on CNBC 4 an hr of basic news

There are moderate Republicans —my Millennial best friend since childhood is one (voted Bush, Obama, Romney, Hillary & Biden). I have Boomer family members who are non Q too, but vote Republican because of abortion and taxes

So basically every 20 something needs their own safe space regardless of political affiliation. Glad me and my siblings are on the older side of Millennials, with Democrat Boomer parents who wouldn’t foster such nonsense

Very curious about this potential outcome as an Xennial who growing up never thought I’d have a conservative opinion in my life, but pushing 40 now have a few, or at least am sympathetic towards them. But how much farther left would Gen Alpha have to go for Gen Z to say, yeah no?

It wasn’t “racist.” It was culturally insensitive and oblivious to the changes that have happened the past few years. Most of all she was a major dork. As a student I’d have rolled my eyes and made fun of her at recess, not cry violence and try to ruin her career

How would you feel if your school called your parents and said, “We’ve noticed Greg has taken interest in a girl at school. We believe they’re having premarital sex”

The child should tell their parents on their own time schedule in a way they see best fitted for their family. Not, “Hello Mr and Mrs Jones. Your child is exhibiting homosexual behavior.” Did you not know any gay kids growing up?

Normally I agree with you, Abigail. But no, parents should not be notified their child might be LGBTQ. A boy I knew in high school’s parents found out he was gay. They threatened to send him to a conversion therapy camp. He hung himself.
